Last story: She doesn’t even have to go a week without dairy like Rslash says. If she really wants a milkshake, she can get one, drink it in her car or at a park or something like that, throw it away in a public trash can, and go back to the house. I’m with Rslash. I feel like this is intentional.

Why does the sister want OP to watch her kids anyway? That would require the dog and the kid to be close.

Story 1: It's not just a golden retriever. Based on OP's description, it's a well trained golden retriever that can sit quietly in one spot for an extended period. I'm not an expert, but that sounds like the ideal pet for exposing a baby to, to get them use to being around dogs.

Story 2: Gee I wonder why they got nothing. The audacity to let OP be abused and bullied to the point of getting called "monsters" by Grandma and then still expect inheritance. No, you lost that inheritance the moment OP started getting bullied

What a worthless father in the second story. He practically abandoned his son in favor for his brand new family.

Story 4: “Now I’m being called an AH for treating her like a criminal.” See there’s this funny thing called “reckless endangerment,” which is, in fact, a crime.
