I'm 67, 18mo on very low carb. Fasting insulin from 9.6 to 5. Trig/HDL from 3.1 to 1.28. Testosterone went from 260 to 694 on my latest test! 😁

This random but as a 19 year old that’s been addicted to p*rn for 4.5 years since quarantine, I tend to handle relapses/withdrawals on very low carb 100x better and would actually brush it off, vs when I eat “whole food” carbs where I would feel suicidal and extremely bored.
