Let me add to Hypothyroidism: I had it back in 2012. Blood work shoes it gone. At that time read an article that said, 70 percent of individuals with Hypothyroidism that give up synthetic iodine get rid of low grade Hypothyroidism. I gave up processed foods and the multivitamin and it went away. Bought some synthetic iodine and it came back. That that like three times before I believed it. There are multiple synthetic forms of iodine but only one real. Sea kelp. Sea kept seems to help. Selenium and NAC work great. I would research it. My girlfriend had her thyroid swell terrible and her numbers went to normal after I suggested she give up the multivitamin with iodine, take Sea kelp, Selenium and NAC. Strangely enough her cholesterol shot down a lot as well and she got off the statin. Do your own home work.
