These detention centers are an atrocity. Private prisons shouldn't exist and neither should companies like Geogroup. Abolish them and ICE.
Delany for-profit concentration camp. In the USA. This country is soul sick.
Investigate the CEO of the company and prosecute him to the full extent of the law.
Crimes against Humanity. Thats it and that’s all.
ICE's cruelty in public was already horrifying. Imagine what they are doing when there aren't cameras.
These are concentration camps. People of a certain group are being held without access to due process or the law. That’s what it means and we need to use the right word because “detention facility” has different connotations that gives it a veneer of legality. It’s really important not to use the regime’s language because it is very often intentionally inverted for propaganda purposes. And you bring up a good point, Tim— why ISN’T there reporting on this?

Prayers for them. This is getting worse. We need reform. Fast
Tribunals. Everyone responsible for these kidnappings and inhumane conditions needs time in prison.
