Of course other precursors don't work, but his is a miracle. Yeah, I love these unbiased interviews...
I can't wait until the systemstic epegenetic reprogramming pill comes out someday that David Sinclair talks about when it comes out their is no telling how long we can live. We are definitely living in a longevity revolution
This went by very quickly, but it lit me up. I had to take antibiotics continuously for a full year, and during that time I suffered from considerable brain fog. After I stopped, it gradually improved, and two years later I now feel completely restored. We know that antibiotics can profoundly disrupt the gut microbiome, and Dr. She’s suggestion that this may reduce NAD gives me a possible explanation for my experience. Does Dr. She have any advice on how to restore the gut microbiome after antibiotics? Even a short course of antibiotics can sometimes cause significant disruption.
Dr. She suggests a common academic pitfall: journals prefer provocative headlines ("Exercise doesn't work!"). By generalizing limited data (like one type of exercise or one supplement), the authors created a "clickbaity" conclusion that ignores the nuance of individual health and biological complexity.

Hi Richard. Do we have any idea as to why the Chinese would have higher NAD than Koreans and Indians? China is between those countries so I would imagine it is not genetic. Is it due to different b3 intakes in those countries or something else? I wonder also about why the Caucasians would have a higher level. Are those levels measured in white Americans, in which case that would be weird considering the poor american diet, and metabolic problems in the US population.
There are many studies and the devil is in the details. You can cherry pick a few that might not be setup well or have pitfalls that strengthen an argument against or for whatever you want.
