I had the pleasure of working on that island for a while—and I can honestly say, they’re some of the most hospitable people you’ll ever meet!
Am Kenyan and I had the privilege of living in Maldives - vilufushi & muhli for a while. The food stuck with me. And I was super lucky coz we have tuna in mombasa. I cook garudhia all the time. I have curry leaf tree at home ( the aroma is amazing) I always feel like am back in the Maldives when I cook with curry leaf. Varah meeru ❤️ I love mas roshi too. Super easy to make Unfortunately I still haven't been able to make riihakuru. And I havent found anyone with pandan leaf tree. Alhamdulillah that Maldives was part of my life. Love for our Maldivian brothers n sisters.
