The de-transition from the warp was so cool
God Emperor Quinn’s Ideas proving that he is the ONLY YouTuber with the prescience that predicted the origin of the blue eyes!
I like how Valia experience will lead to Benne Gesserit test for humanity and their litany: "I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past, I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain."
Every actor brought their A game in this episode. Absolutely amazing!
Agreed on the longer last episode being superior. I also wish that most (if not all) of the episodes were around 80 minutes long.
In “The Butlerian Jihad” book, a sandworm swallows a machine factory bot designed to terraform new worlds into the Synchronized Empire built by the short-lived Omnius on Giedi Prime. Maybe… maybe it’s literally still there, inside the worm, making cyborgs. In case anyone is curious, this is the image on the cover of the Butlerian jihad novel…
Why did Theodosia disguise herself as the princess? At first it seemed like she was gonna take her place, but then she transformed into a random guard just to stab Desmond. Also, why does Dorothea know about the dead bodies? She was dead at that point and no one in her line witnessed it (not to mention it makes no sense for her to remember her own death since she had passed down her DNA long before that)
fear is LITERALLY the mind killer lol
There was a scene where Tula and Valya says “Sisters above all.” instead of sisterhood. Relates to the fac that Valya was said to always be a Harkonnen.
One thing I will comment, at the end of finale when they showed the ship that just traveled from deep space was so BEAUTIFUL! I've seen all kinds of space travel on screen from Star Wars, Star Trek, MCU etc, but the way Dune Prophecy executed it was just chef's kiss! It makes sense if you put it in a quantum physics perspective, the space nerd in me was screaming.
