Eat healthy, do exercise, take vitamin tabs and sleep well ... That's what I've done and just celebrated my 90th birthday lately ๐
A couple of years ago I went through a very traumatic season. During that time, I noticed that my memory was really bad. I felt confused about simple every day stuff. I can testify that after much rest, and cutting out toxic relationships from my life, and of course a healthy diet, that my memory is great now!
I see many seniors declining after retiring. Too many just sit in the recliner most of the day and all their muscles grow weak.
I am hyper sensitive to smells. Weird. My mother just passed away in December and she had to dementia for the last 3 years of her life. It was very difficult to deal with, and I hope I never developed this and burden my family.
took care of mom 12 years and in 2022 after a long battle with hospice and in home aids i lost her...yes i feel like i can get it and am worried.i would do it again and pray not to get it but do try to do all i can to stay healthy.....all you folks who stayed by your loved ones......i send you love and peace of mind wishes from the heart........special people for SURE!
Socialization is so important for the middle aged and seniors. Making new friends, and connecting with existing friends is just as important as diet and exercise.
Cold therapy is great. I feel reborn only after 1 minute cold shower
Social media too will erase what left in our brains
