The HIDDEN Killer Deadlier than the Plague
Identifying Tuberculosis: The Silent Killer and Immune Defense Strategies
Understand why Tuberculosis is the world's deadliest infectious disease and discover how Vitamin D and specific light exposure actively fight its latent infection stage.
Short Summary
- TB infects 1 in 4 people globally, often remaining dormant within immune cells.
- The pathogen actively blocks the Vitamin D receptor, weakening host immunity.
- Increasing Vitamin D levels and utilizing infrared light exposure can activate key immune defenses against TB.
This overview details the immense scale of Tuberculosis (TB), a highly prevalent and lethal bacterium. It explains TB's unique strategy of hiding inside immune cells and blocking vital nutrient receptors, orienting the reader toward proactive immune system support via Vitamin D and sunlight.

My grandmother was diagnosed with TB back in the 1930s. her doctor told her to go live outside. so my grandfather and my grandmother and their children all lived outside for the entire summer. they put up a tent and they cooked outside. they did laundry outside. everything was done outside except sleeping . she lived to be 96
I went to the dermatologist. She tells me to stay inside where sunscreen all over my body and don’t get out in the sun. I just smiled and didn’t say anything. There’s no way that I am going to stay in the house and not go outside in the fresh air in the sun. I believe God made nature and the sunshine for our benefit.
2016 brain cancer survivor I took 7.5 milligrams of d3 with k2 and had full body sun exposure for one month it was a medicinal change felt throughout my body all while one meal a day and prolonged fasting up to 5 days zero surgar. Thanking all who give life saving information is on the internet. Support your local farmers without the microbes from a sustainable farm there is no health
The hidden killer worse than the plague would be governments, mega corporations like Blackrock, Bayer/Monsanto, DARPA and Big Pharma
It’s wild to think that what saved lives a century ago — fresh air and sunlight — is now treated like a risk factor. We’ve gone from wheeling TB patients outside to warning people not to go out without SPF 100. But sunlight isn’t the enemy; inflammation is. 🌞 The human body evolved with the sun — not against it. The real danger is forgetting that health was once built on simple things: air, movement, real food, and time outdoors. Maybe the future of medicine is actually remembering the past.
In the UK after the War all children got free bottles of cod liver oil. Also in the early 20th century TB patient's beds were wheeled outside, so patients could get fresh air and sunshine. So this knowledge was out there then, I'm sure we all know where that knowledge went.
I’m old enough to remember that when I was a kid, 90% of residents homes had no air conditioning. Everyone stayed outside because it was cooler than being inside. A time when outdoor kitchens were a luxury and going to an air conditioned theater was a dream.
I grew up in the 80s. We didn’t put on lotion and we were outside every day running around all day long in the summer and after school during the school year. I think we see more Vit D deficiency related illnesses because kids today wear sunscreen and are not outside as much.
Back in 1943, my mother got TB, while in the UK army in India. She was sent to the Himalayan mountains to recover, for two yrs. They removed one lung, the high ,dry altitude, buildup her one lung. She lived till 92.
