Just got my testosterone measured it’s doubled since adding zinc D3 and magnesium!

What a lot of people don't understand is that testoaterone is needed to have a healthy heart. Testosterone not only strengthens skeletal muscle, but also strengthens the most important muscle; the heart.
I am not sold on trt yet. 51 and doing great with just diet, exercise, a beautiful wife, and Jesus🙌🙏💪

A doctor told me that I will always be up and down on my weight and prediabetes numbers....it was true But after listening to Dr Berg videos over and over again I am no longer prediabetes, I am now 4 years getting my weight down slowly
If the FDA approves a medicine i already proceed with extreme caution...
Don't over look Cortisol as a cause for testosterone being low. We are bombarded by things that spike cortisol everyday. Social media, the news, politics, stress from work or school.
I used to struggle with chronic inflammation and joint pain daily. Everything changed when I cut out processed food, seed oils, and started cooking fresh, whole meals myself. Add in daily walks outdoors and sunshine — it’s like getting my life back. Nature and real food truly do heal. Grateful every day.
