A chimpanzee named Travis is telling me this is a bad idea

Tiger King is one of those documentaries that you forget it's a documentary and begin to think it's a reality series

I was a Zoo Keeper that worked with Chimps and, as wonderful as they are, my opinion is that these creatures should not be kept in captivity and certainly not as pets for the amusement of Humans. We should preserve their habitat and leave them very much alone.

"Peta says sorry for taking girl's pet chihuahua and putting it down." is the most disturbing headline I've ever read.

The baby chimp being too young for formula was DEFINITELY just an excuse lol.

Ahh, yes. Chimpanzees. The primates that will rip your face off for looking at them wrong. Nothing could possibly go wrong.

Someone that calls themself the “Dolly Parton” of anything can’t be trusted. Dolly is so lovable BECAUSE she’s so humble and doesn’t look for attention.

It's so weird to me that one of her excuses for everything she does is "well, I just really love chimpanzees!" Like...so? I love hyenas, but you don't see me tempting fate by keeping a wild animal with one of the world's strongest bite forces as a pet.
