BREAKING: PHILLY PLANE CRASH! Two plane crashes in two days—what is going on?

Student Pilot here, yeah no he is not saying the “wrong people” line. Its another aircraft on the ground, he tells the tower his call sign and the runway he will be using . He says “runway 23” then corrects himself to say “24”. I believe its northeast Philadelphia airport and there is a runway 24. (Same one the med evac used) You can hear the controller repeat back his call sign and telling him to contact ground and standby. And the tower calls that same aircraft at the end of the transmission to confirm he heard his conversation with the other aircraft that there will be no inbound or outbound aircraft because of the “lost airplane” and would need to more than likely have to taxi to Atlantic which is an FBO -fixed base operator there in the airport (its where the aircraft park to get ground service and fuel etc) like a private terminal for smaller aircraft and private owners. living in the wilds of rural Indiana, from what I've seen of Philly in the last 5 years, I wouldn't go there on a dare. Looks like a hellscape already. 🤷‍♂

You has them backwards that was the heli that flew into the plane with the bright lights. You can see the wings of the plane right when it hit the water.the bright lights is the plane flying strait at you

I think he is saying some thing like “runway 24” they are suppose to repeat back their instructions from ATC multiple times to show they understood the directions
