Just wanted to share how delighted I am to see Mark Felstead and Ivor Cummins getting back together again. Mark put me in touch with Doug Pierce, who I met in Miami several years ago. Been LCHF keto Carnivore since Nov 2018. My OMG calcium score has stabilized, basically not progressing at all in last 5 years. So great to see Mark so healthy and active in his ongoing campaign to inform those who have had Heart Issues and OMG Calcium scores that this can definitely be handled through diet, certain supplements but without drugs. I just turned 78 and am still going strong. Unfortunately I lost my wife of 54 years to an accident last year, moved house, so did lose focus for a while, but am getting back into focus. And seeing you both chatting together has made my day! ❤
