Thank you Joel. As a transplant recipient and I’m celebrating my 6 year anniversary. I wanted to thank you for getting me through the long nights in the hospital. You are beyond appreciated sir.
Freaking love Uncle Pat and how he defended those kids… Faith in humanity : restored
Hi Freya! You did such a good job with the outtro ❤. I don’t watch scary movies as I live alone, and I’m a scaredy-cat.
I especially found the story about the adopted sister to be very disturbing. It's a reminder that even those closest to us can harbor dark secrets. Thanks for sharing these stories, and thanks to the Reddit users for sharing their experiences.
I work overnights at a hospital, so I see some pretty crazy stuff. These videos are great to listen to on my way to work and from work. Thank you for the awesome content Joel!
We need an Uncle Pat everywhere!!! Thank you Uncle Pat!!!
Freya is a treasure! I don't really like scary movies (I used to get scared of the commercials for the movies when they'd come on TV,😂😅😊) ... but... Wes Craven's New Nightmare is cool for it's meta storyline and darker tone. Funnily enough, I did love Freddy's Nightmares, the TV series that ran Friday nights after SNL in 1988 &1989 on my local NBC affiliate. Robert Englund reprised his role as Freddy for the show and I just remember howling with laughter at it. I also loved Friday the 13th the TV series (unrelated to the film franchise,) pretty dated now but worth the watch; it was a great Canadian series.
The adopted sister story almost made me cry. And I never tear up over these. Wow, that was really touching and I’m glad they have such a strong relationship
Hearing “still zooted” in that voice has to be the highlight of my day lmao 😂
Shame on that drunk Dad that was not there for his daughter!! 😱 I had a couple of Uncles like that.😢 My cousins were jealous of my home life! I had great parents.💜 To all the Uncle Pats in this world —Thank you for being there. For helping!💜
