Process the immediate fallout from Trooper Proctor's phone evidence and dissect the critical discovery and financial disputes impacting Kouri Richins' pre-trial motions.

Short Summary

  • The Massachusetts State Police Union unanimously withdrew support for Trooper Proctor following the discovery of highly sensitive, potentially compromising evidence on his personal cell phone.
  • Proctor's device contained non-public data, including images of private body parts and sexual assault victim names, leading to scrutiny of his past conduct.
  • In the Kouri Richins case, the defense aggressively challenged the State's refusal to disclose a key witness recantation regarding fentanyl sales, fueling bail arguments.
  • Corey Richins’ defense team aggressively subpoenaed the victim's sister-in-law for financial documents related to the estate trust, which the opposition characterized as weaponized harassment.

This stream updates developments in two high-profile cases from Massachusetts and Utah. Readers gain insight into the procedural consequences of new evidence, specifically how Trooper Proctor’s union abandoned him after investigators found compromised data on his phone. For the Richins case, we analyze the latest back-and-forth regarding witness credibility challenges, discovery compliance errors, and aggressive civil discovery motions filed against the victim's estate representative.

My problem with all of this is, yes Proctor is garbage and deserves everything that is happening to him ... But what about the rest of them? They're all corrupt and awful cops. Are they really just hoping that getting rid of Proctor will make this all go away?

I would be absolutely outraged if Proctor ever handled an intimate case regarding private matters about me or a loved one😳

The Albert’s, Higgins and others phones need to be pulled as well as emails. Also the people in the chat with Proctor need to have their phones info too.
