Description

The US government admittedly overthrew the government of Serbia in 2000 through secret funding and meetings between the US National Endowment for Democracy (NED) and Serbian opposition leaders. Today, the same network of NED-funded organizations are promoting protests across Serbia, citing legitimate criticism of the current government to mobilize crowds, incite violence, and divide and destroy the country again. Regardless of what one's opinion is of the current Serbian government, and how deeply one believes the US-EU has supported it in the past, for whatever the US government is determined to target and undermine it today to replace it with either a more obedient client regime, or greater sociopolitical dysfunction and division than before. To determine a protest's legitimacy, one must go beyond slogans and superficial conclusions drawn about either the opposition or the targeted government, and instead, name organizations involved, and trace their money back both to their true donors, and the true purpose of the protests themselves. I watched most of the Milosevic trial. He was a brilliant attorney and he was representing himself. He tore up the prosecution so bad that the original tribunal all quit and they let him die (or helped) in prison.

🇺🇸🇷🇸 Additional Information Re: US-Sponsored Regime Change in Serbia "Civil society" supporting the protests are entirely funded by the US government through the National Endowment for Democracy (NED) and a number of European & private foundations - all of them are openly supporting the protests and undermining the current government. A government doesn't need to be "good" for the US to want to overthrow it. A government could have in the past worked with the US-EU, and the US still wants to overthrow it today. A government could even have been installed into power by the US-EU in the first place, and then later overthrown by the US. The only requirement necessary to trigger US regime change is disobedience of any kind. Whatever your opinion is of President Vucic, US regime change in Serbia (again) is a larger and more dangerous problem. Large protests like in Serbia do not spring up organically - ever. For good or bad there must be leaders, funding, and resources behind it. If you can't identify who is behind them - you know nothing about the protest itself even if you "think" you support it. In Serbia's case - we CAN identify who is behind them - the US government. Here are names of just a few "human rights" and media groups funded by the US government supporting the ongoing protests in Serbia... When I see ‘foreign uprisings’ with banners and signs written in English, I’m immediately suspicious of western interference…

As an Australian and having seen my country captured by corrupt/ignorant politicians then its wealth stolen by US, UK and EU companies under the cover of a captured compliant media, I totally despair for the future of this country and others facing so called color revolutions.

I've talked and written about this for decades. People have never been more passive than they are today. This will not end. It's built into the US business model.

if you ask Google if NED funding is a form of foreign interference and financing, it says no 🤣 (also banning independent media to reduce Kremlin interference is allowed for saving democracy, but the Kremlin banning literal US-funded media is a no-no and authoritarian)

Creating Identity for each individual group divide people within a country. " Identity politics can divide people by emphasizing differences and fostering an "us vs. them" mentality "
