I’ve been saying this for the last year. The “new” frontier will now be in customer service. Service has finally gotten so bad it will become the new differentiating factor.
Sheesh!!!! I am about to have my entire sales and support team listen to this. This is the mentality EVERYONE should have when it comes to business.

Finally business content is back. The thing is when Pat speaks politics etc. That has more to do with America and not much to do with global standards. I dont want to know about Diddy. It has no outcome on my life but this does. This year I am focusing on two main areas. Effectiveness and retention. I have even gone as far as purchasing a box (season tickets - 21 tickets) purely for retention. Keep them coming Pat. Ill rather listen to things that I can use to create an outcome not something that I cant relate to.
