It was an honor to get into the kitchen and see how they make 30 claypots of rice all at the same time with different ingredients and toppings. You also can’t miss their oyster omelets, which just about everyone orders. Oi Man Dai Pai Dong - A Dai Pai Dong is a street food stall in Hong Kong and there are only a handful of them left. Oi Man Dai Pai Dong is perhaps the most well known of all street food stalls serving classic Hong Kong and Cantonese Chinese food. You’re in for some amazing wok hei and fiery dishes. I loved the black bean sauce razor clams and the fried potatoes and beef.
