Who else been watching all his videos ????
From France, I am 23, I have paid 30 000EUR a business school where I didn't learn anything but trying to get drunk and smoke cigarettes, now I am reading more books than before, and all of my Youtube feed is full of politics, sociology, geopolitics, economics, philosophy, history... Now I found you, and you are a little bit of everything. Thanks for this free education, I binge watch all of your courses, I wish I could be one of your students, I could pay to be at your school. I cannot believe that your courses are for high school students, I thought it was for people at university, quality of your courses are insane and your students are super intelligent and open minded. Every teacher should that. What you do is political and I love it, free and accessible education for people no matter their ethnicity or their age or their geographic position. You are a revolution. Thanks Professor.
Chinese high school students getting lectures like this, IN A SECOND LANGUAGE! Imagine getting this sort of lecture in Chinese in a UK or US secondary school. It’s no wonder they are becoming a world superpower - education is key.
I have came from US-IRAN video, who else??
I've started a quest to learn about human history, politics and psychology. and you sir have become my teacher. Thank you sir
Thank you teacher for putting all of this for free. Blessings from Peru 🇵🇪
In México , the toltecs(not aztecs) they domesticated and modified a plant called "teocintle" to what we now know as corn or "maiz", they also included beand and pumpkim in the same cornfield, we call it "milpa". What's interesting is that each family had the right and obligation to grow their own "milpa" to cultivate their own food. They we're able to stack the food of an entire year in only 6 months, this gave them a lot of free time. With time this created groups of cientists dedicated to understand the world we don't see, they we're called "nahuales". ... This comment is just add some context how agriculture was diferent around the world and it's impacts to the different civilizacions.... This is an amazing channel.
Prof teaches WHY and HOW about civilisation whereas other teachers only teach WHO and WHEN
I'm 34. I never went to college but I found this man and have learnt a lot in the past 4 days. Its so important to understand history. I will try to have my 14 yo watch this with me as well so he knows.
This guy is better than any show, any video game any movie. Just pure knowledge explained in a way that it's easy to learn. It's just very, very addictive. Keep it up
