How lucky am I that this is my boss for the last 3 plus years? ❤❤❤ AJ and Jen are the absolute kindest souls I have ever met. I’m so proud ❤❤❤
... i thought i was alone. an Air Force veteran who is tired. everything seems to be unimportant since my son was killed. you give me hope. thank you for seeing me. you make a difference - from Winter Haven, Florida.
The kinds of tips you talk about are a message of "I see you" and they matter beyond words.
Been there, been so poor, had no heat in my house and struggled so hard. Don’t ever forget where you came from.
Wow dude, just what I needed. Kinda teary eyed because I'm one of those guys working at the gas station getting paid nothing. Only 2 people tip me anything. You'd be amazed how far a dollar goes. One time this lady needed to get home and I just gave her 20 bucks for gas. Never saw her again. 2 days later I got a 20 tip from the Catholic priest who lives in town. Funny how God works. Peace and love to everyone!
I am old woman living by myself in rural area. One week I didn't put my trash out. The trash company called to make sure I was o.k. That said, gifting at Christmas to service people used to be the norm back in the day, at least from my smaller town experience.
The gift isn’t even the money, it’s the showing of goodwill that makes us all come together at the end of the day. Thank you for Sharing that gift with us this Christmas.
My 95 year old mom tips the paper delivery man $100.00 every Christmas. He treats her like gold 👍👍. It's worth every penny she says
I was eating at an outback with my family one time and my buddy was working in the back doing dishes. So I decided to request the manager. When the manager showed up to my table she asked the usual, which I replied everything has been great. However I just want to say these are the cleanest dishes I ever ate off of and I want to give the dishwasher a $5 tip. It was so hard not to laugh while doing this because I was in a sense doing this out of pure humor. I got to find out from my friend who was the dishwasher the shock it created throughout the whole restaurant. It wasn't until later that it occurred to me the power of my actions and how even the dishwasher deserves some praise for his hard work. Hope this comment reaches you AJ, I've been a long time listener and always enjoy hearing your stories. Hope you and your loved ones had a happy holidays filled with jot
I’m watching this on Easter Sunday’26, and this hits home more than ever. With a madman taking the WORLD more and more into chaos, we NEED EACH OTHER to get through what is coming. God bless you AJ & crew, what you do is so important. John
