He had 20 years to apologize. It means nothing when he's apologizing before sentencing.

Going from a story about a dude admitting to killing a woman because she denied his sexual advances to a story about a man teaching more people to do what the last guy did really helps show how screwed up our world really is

It's a little difficult for me to believe someone is "born again" and "feels remorse" over the murder of a woman, while in prison in another country for the murder of a second woman, and to be brought back to the home country for ADDITIONAL charges of wire fraud and extortion.

It'd be really nice of YT ads weren't often sexually explicit, misleading or just outright scams. Ad blockers exist because companies refuse to do due diligence on the ads that they run, often promoting scams, used to track people or being actual malware, or just being plane obnoxious with audio or constantly moving elements.

As a European, seeing the food in US schools is baffling. It was obvious this was going to happen, but how have parents and politicians not stepped in by now?

My son started asking if he could pack his own lunch when he was in 2nd grade. His school had a hot, free, lunch for all the kids, regardless of income. I didn't understand why he suddenly wanted to pack his own lunch other than it might be some kind of phase. So I let him pack his own lunch, which consisted mostly of a couple boiled eggs, carrots, cucumbers, and whatever fruit I had on hand. Then he forgot his lunch one day and I went to his school to give it to him. I actually saw what he was complaining about. EVERYTHING is prepackaged and so processed, there's no way it can be "nutritious." I've never questioned my son wanting to bring a lunch from home again.

YouTube focusing on ad blockers because they refuse to update how ads work on their platform while also refusing to do jack shit about Sssniperwolf and her criminal activities shows just how much of a disaster their priorities are. It’s infuriating and they’re going to see a mass exodus from their platform soon if nothing happens.

The main reason for using an adblocker is because Youtube is allowing just about anyone to create ads on their platform as long as they get paid, if they can't meet in the middle with removing ads with malware and scams, then the adblock stays on

My biggest issue with YouTube going after ad block is the fact that how can one even feel comfortable with their current ad program when it's currently filled with scams and malicious advertisements. Especially on content that is labeled "For Kids," do I see ads that can't even have their accounts verified. That isn't even an exaggeration! If you click on the little "i" for the ad's information, sometimes it just outright says that the sponsor for said ad isn't a verified account. Why the hell is YouTube airing ads from UNVERIFIED accounts in the first place?! It's just plain idiotic and dangerous!

As someone who doesn't block ads, YouTube's policy change is NOT about small creators. It's about greed.
