A great loaf isnt a good tasting bread, but a bread that's made from the heart! once you make this you may never buy from the store again, AND THAT OKAY! #bread #baking TIPS FOR A GREAT LOAF •have a pizza stone, this give the bottom a good crust! •Let bread cool 1 hr before slicing •have fun MOST IMPORTANTLY The recipe! 🔽 -500g Bread Flour -50g water, 2g yeast -10g ocean (SALT) -325g water OVEN TEMP - 475F (246C) this type of dough is 75% hydration.

As far back as I can remember I baked bread with my Mom, her Mom's recipe that was her Mom's? Now I have the recipe and have shared it with my daughter, as well as baking it together, and my nieces and nephews that wanted it. We all love it and the generations continue the legacy! Such wonderful memories.❤️
