She tries to change her insurance unsuccessfully because she is ill and confused because she isn’t getting enough oxygen to her brain. You as her child swoop in to help and then spend the next month for 5-6 hours a day on hold with her insurance company who keep asking you when your mother was born, and if she is older than 65, over and over and over again. You request to speak with a manager and the same story repeats. After a month of this you understand you were never speaking to a human 😮
