It is important to note that alcohol sensitivity goes up when fasting, overall I drink less often and when I drink, I drink less, but that one or two glasses of wine are making me dizzy much more and much faster than before I started 16/8, but the recovery is faster too. But the benefits are immense : mental clarity, memory fantastic, mood stability, realistic optimism, I do more faster better, I love life more, from opening the eyes till sleep, the world is full of more good things and the bad things are detailed on a cold list, and do not hurt me anymore. I'm a magnet, people understand me better, and ask me more questions, I want more challenge, I have more will power. I'm 47, but as I remember it : I NEVER had such mental power and memory EVER in my life. My thoughts are my own now. I'm in command.

Fasting is good no matter what, to avoid eating many meals per day (max 2) and to have long pauses between meals. And when you eat, eat low carb, skip junkfood and sugar/ refined food. That’s what we humans are made to do.
