It was definitely worth buying 2-3 decades ago back then. I remember a guy who did 1m miles on his E class at ease...and that felt like a warm up he said
Honestly I worry about the electronics the most in my BMW. Love the B58 motor.
Mercedes are keeping their body lines real. Fine detailing on the inside and outside. Unlike some of the newer vehicles looking like space machines and unrecognizable.
2016 BMW M235i here (N55) currently 137,000 miles on the odometer. Only thing I’ve had to do was change the brittle plastic line that goes to the coolant tank…Nothing else (just maintenance) I don’t follow the recommended oil change miles, I do the traditional 4k miles. Never tuned btw.
Got my 2023 bmw x5, best vehicle among about 20 cars I have ever had, B58 engine, 8 speed transmission, inline 6 engine very smooth, powerful and feel more substantial than my old land cruiser and 10 more miles per gallon
Awesome video Mark, always fun to watch
Thanks for your review and opinion gives me more clarity
Mark, could do you some used luxury alternatives? I think Alfa Giulia is kind of a sleeper. Or even the Q50 is a good deal used.
Thank you! Your comments on CLE300 Cabriolet please.
Thank you for all the informative videos you do. I hope you can investigate a bit on issues with 2019 BMW 330i. I own one and while drives beautifully, I have been having only problems. Blown valve cover, need to top up with oil only 3 K km after an oil change, and recently the message of malfunction drive train.
