As the midterms approach, Donald Trump has ramped up his efforts to obtain large amounts of sensitive voter data and issued an executive order attempting to seize federal control over mail-in voting. States across the country are fighting back, but what happens when they don't? In ruby-red Nebraska, the Secretary of State cooperated with Trump's voter-data grab, and the advocacy group Common Cause fought that effort all the way up to the state supreme court.
