Stupidest Court Ruling Ever

That judge 100% got paid off btw... That or he blew in from stupid town.

This actually REALLY pisses me off. Imagine being this guy, getting almost killed by a bone stuck in your throat, and you ACTUALLY follow through on hiring lawyers and fighting against a big company in court, only to be denied 4-3 at the last instance. This is honestly the opposite of justice. It's complete bullshit

"Boneless" in boneless wings has nothing to do with how many bones are in it. Just like "Justice" in justice system has nothing to do with actually getting justice.

"My fried mozzarella sticks had a bone in them." "Well cheese is made from milk, milk comes from a cow, cows have skeletons, expect to find bones in your cheese sticks."

The term “boneless” is to refer to any kind of thing that would normally contain bones to be specifically without those bones either out of tradition, convenience, allergy, or other specified health concerns. Boneless is not a cooking technique it’s an adjective.

So by this logic, we will need to start putting a label on wings that are advertised as “Bone-In” with “May not contain any bones at all.”

A ruling this stupid should be grounds to have the judges investigated and imprisoned.
