Shane Steichen deserves coach of the year based off of what he's done with the colts with a backup. Another reason is because of the hole he left in Philly after his departure. Philly losing him was MASSIVE in the development of Hurts.

Best tweet I saw explaining the Eagles and Jalen Hurts this year: "Last year, Jalen was the engine of a well coached, balanced machine that played to his strengths and that didnt ask him to play superhero much, but he was able to execute when called upon. This year, Jalen is asked to play superhero in a stale, predictable offense with 0 flow or balance that relies on the shot/deep play." To add to it: Hurts was able to cover up the bad playcalling with his ability, but the league caught up to the lack of offensive creativity and disguising plays. Now, it's dragging Hurts and the offense down.
