Something that Prime (or whoever runs his channel) desperately needs to improve on is providing links and sources in the description. Link to Casey's channel, link to the podcast, link to everyone's social media. It's particularly bad on reaction videos to not provide a link to the video being reacted to.
The podcast is called "Wading through AI" from what I googled.
I thought I had my playback speed at 1.5x
I keep telling people, this is the golden age of cheap tokens and it won't last forever.
I always click on these for the topics and immediately remember that I like my information non-screamed.

Slowing down once in a while is a classical rhetorical trick. Not having a buffer under-run twice a second.
One problem with talking about token cost, is the number of tokens needed to carry out a task keeps going up.
