The problem is, he is not eating enough microplastics to provide a protective coating.

"Don't Die" doesn't only mean to eat well, sleep well... It also means to never give up when such misfortunes happen.

I feel fortunate that I’ve been taking such good care of my body for the past five years as my condition would otherwise be much more severe. A good reminder that health is forgotten until it’s the only thing that matters. Millions of people are affected by this disease and are undiagnosed. Context: In May, I got diagnosed with autoimmune gastritis (AIG). We found it by taking a tissue biopsy of my stomach.  My immune cells are confused, causing my stomach to eat itself. AIG stops your body from absorbing nutrients like iron and B12, and can eventually lead to cancer. It likely started decades ago when I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism when 21 years old. The thyroid and stomach are closely linked in your immune system. Standard of care tells you that you can’t do anything about it. That’s old fashioned. We are going to try and cure it.

Even if you don’t like the guy for whatever reason, being happy he has a disease is disgraceful. Hopefully he finds a cure to his issue and gets better.

Low iron and ferritin for 11 years, but everything else looked ‘normal’ so nobody investigated further” is probably the scariest and most relatable part of this whole video. Makes you wonder how many people are walking around with unexplained symptoms because their numbers aren’t bad enough to set off alarm bells. On another topic, ur posture is looking phenomenal.. still using the vortalex posture corrector?
