“Playing in the soil”, also called gardening is an excellent way to get a diverse gut microbiome.
I read about a challenge to eat 200 _different_ foods (including spices, thankfully) in a 30-day period. I thought, NO PROBLEM. Boy, was I wrong. I actively pushed and was even eating edible weeds from our backyard to increase my total! I managed to achieve _100_ different foods - a measly half of the goal. It's not easy to eat truly diversely for our gut flora!
Add L Reuteri to your day helps the gut and autoimmune disease s
I've got a really good gut feeling about all this! Thanks Doc 👍
Glad I woke up early for Dr Bergs class today. Thanks bud! 😂
A massive diverse microbiome checks and balances each other which keeps our immune system strong and healthy.
Yes diversify your plants and seeds. I saw a huge difference with my stomach problems
When I come to think, I remember my grandparents feed their dogs only one dinner meal. The dogs were so healthy even without vaccines, fit, active and live up to their lifespan.
