This FREE guide shows you how: https://drbrg.co/470t2J6 The gallbladder is a small sac that sits below the liver with the following important functions: •Bile storage and concentration •Regulation of bile release •Cholesterol regulation •Antimicrobial functions •Hunger and blood sugar control •Detox support •Helps trigger the antioxidant glutathione Bile is vital for the breakdown of fats, so you can absorb fat-soluble vitamins A, E, D, K1, K2, and omega-3 fatty acids. Bile can also help thyroid hormones work more efficiently. Gallbladder removal surgery is often the result of gallbladder stones. Gallstones come from a lack of bile. People are often told the following lies and convinced into gallbladder removal surgery: •There are no other options. •A diseased gallbladder causes gallstones. •You can’t prevent gallstones with diet. •Gallbladder removal does not cause complications. •Post-cholecystectomy is controversial. •Gallstones that result from pregnancy require gallbladder removal surgery. Gallstones can be caused by high levels of estrogen, being overweight, and diabetes, but one of the biggest gallbladder stone causes is high insulin! Insulin resistance resulting from chronically high insulin levels can prevent the liver from producing adequate bile and weaken the gallbladder. A low-carb diet and intermittent fasting are the best solutions for gallbladder stones. Your microbes also produce bile, so anything that destroys them can affect bile. Antibiotics and low-fat, low-cholesterol diets increase the risk for gallstones. Fatty fish has the most potent effect on bile production. You can also increase bile with cholesterol foods such as butter, eggs, shellfish, seafood, and liver. Egg yolks and liver are high in choline, a key nutrient vital for bile production. Bitter greens, arugula, radish, celery, and sauerkraut can help make additional bile salts. Citrus, betaine hydrochloride, and ACV can increase acidity to trigger the release of bile. Herbs like turmeric, ginger, milk thistle, parsley, and cilantro are also beneficial. Chronic stress increases cortisol, which suppresses bile. I had an 18mm gall stone and the pain was unbearable. While in the ER, they sent me for an ultrasound. The radiologist, an MD from a foreign country, probed and prodded my abdomen with the scan tool for an hour and a half. Not long after, the pain began to subside. I'm convinced that his unorthodox technique dislodged the stone and saved my gallbladder. Of course the next day a group of young doctors came in and advised me that I would still need to get my gallbladder removed as elective surgery. I elected not to and that was twelve years ago.

I was told 30 yrs ago that I had multiple gallstones and my gallbladder was not working and Dr wanted to remove it. After research I did juicing and stared taking a South American herb Chanca Piedra (stone buster) . I’m 75 yrs old and still have my gb. . God made us with all the parts we need. Take care of them.

The doctors recommended the removal of my gallbladder, describing it as a "normal" procedure that is beneficial and has no side effects. Specialists advised me to have it removed, but I didn't trust their recommendations. Instead, I decided to adopt a keto diet, incorporate regular training, practice intermittent fasting, and do prolonged water fasting for three days each month. Over the course of a year, the pain, fatigue, exhaustion, and discomfort that had stressed and drained me for years disappeared! I couldn't be happier with my choice to question the doctors' recommendations and ultimately not remove my gallbladder. I can confirm this material 100%!

15 years ago I had a horrible gallbladder attack. My entire abdomen and upper back were in excruciating pain.At the time I didn't know what it was. I called emergency and a doctor at Keiser told me to come to the hospital right away, he knew what it was. There he told me it was a gallbladder attack, 10 large stones wee stuck in a duct and I had pancreatitis and inflamed liver. They put me on the drip for 6 days with no food or water to clear it and then removed stones laparoscopicly. They wanted to remove my gallbladder and I said NO. They told me I don't need it,I told them every organ has it function and told them what you are saying now, they were surprised I knew so much, they didn't know I studied pharmacy in Europe. After I came home, they started calling me every day for 2 weeks telling me if I don't have it removed, I will die within a year. I just laughed and hang up. I started taking olive oil with lemon in the mornings and Berberine drops before meals, I also take grass fed liver supplement. . Not a single attack since. They also told me not to eat fat. I eat butter, olive oil, atty fish, avocados, marbled beef etc. I haven't since a doctor since that hospital stay 15 years ago and if I have to, treat myself naturally. Conventional medicine is such fraud most of the time.

I had my gallbladder removed over 18 years ago never had a problem until last year; I acquired constant constipation, and a dull pain around my liver. I started intermediate fasting, I cut out all carbs in my diet. I no longer eat anything with seed oils. I’m pretty much on keto and I eat twice a day. All of my symptoms went away, and I feel great.

You should ALWAYS pause when someone recommends that you remove an organ. Especially in America where doctors are incentivized to over treat for bigger paychecks. It doesn't mean surgery is never appropriate but performing such procedures in pursuit of symptom relief is inanity. Treat and heal the whole body. Don't just remove irreplaceable parts. I had my tonsils removed in my youth. They're a part of our immune system. My pediatrician who was a brilliant Chinese doctor told me not to remove them. At least that's what he advised my mother. But as a young adult, once he was gone, I got them removed. It just exchanged one problem for another. Now, as a mom I noticed it with our oldest daughter. But focusing on a healthy diet for her (as with our whole family of 7) and paying attention to environmental factors has been key in maintaining nearly perfect health for all of our children. ❤
