I blame emission regulations. All fuel saving tech make an engine unreliable
When money is tight, reliability is King too bad Toyota didn't clue into that
They got bit by the American corporation bug of build cheap and sell high.
People ignored the warning to not buy the first few year's models of any new engine or transmission design.
I followed your advice and bought one of the last V6 Camrys with the naturally aspirated engine and 8 speed transmission.
Youre right about the quality going down hill for both Toyota and Honda. What a shame
Own a 2019 5.7 tundra 85k on it and 0 issues ill drive it till the wheels fall off. Its rock solid plain and simple
The best cars and trucks ever made were made one to two decades ago!
we own a 2012 Camry with the 3.5l/V6- couldn't be happier (even though it's pushing 200k miles)...
They do not have enough experienced mechanics at each dealership.
