what video did these people watch?

It just blows my mind this is something that even needs to be debated

We used to run simunitions training for all academy cadets in the Parole division in California. We had four scenarios and the agents were debriefed after they completed the four scenarios. We had agents that didn’t remember how many scenarios they just went through. We had agents who shot people who produced a cell phone. And we had agents who waited too long and got shot by the suspects. Simunitions training rounds are rounds that are like paintballs except they hurt more. The agents weren’t allowed to wear heavy clothing so that they would feel the pain of the rounds. They had to run up and down the hallway and do pushups right before their scenarios to get their adrenaline pumping. The scenarios were very chaotic with actors crying or yelling at the agents. We had apprehension teams in CA that did simunitions training quite often and became very skilled at “shoot, no shoot” situations. The perfect shooting scenario does exist, but it’s not very often. I think that all judges, jurors, and attorneys (especially that one attorney who is so smug about wanting to try the ICE officers) should be required to go through simunitions training before they listen to a shooting case involving a police officer.

At that close contact with Pretti, there should have been no question about the identity of the object in his hand, since he clearly had the phone visible recording while he was still standing talking to the agents. How the agents would suddenly confuse the phone for a gun is beyond my understanding, also the agent removed Pretti's gun from him just before he was shot, so how was he a threat to them at that point?

Incompetence leading to chaos leading to murder. Im sure the cops will be protected because justice is a punchline to out govt. BOTH FN SIDES.

He was disarmed quickly and quietly at the same second the man yelled gun and fired. I'm sure he didnt realize the victim was being disarmed because after the shooting they were all saying WHERE'S THE GUN?!
