They're literally requiring the entire country to be dragged down for the sake of one demographic. How are we allowing this?
I've never seen people so careful not to use words like "stupid" or "morons."
So I guess they want more social workers who tell their clients "You do you, girl!"
This has been going on for decades and it is getting worse.
Suicidal empathy. Displacing the most qualified applicants
DEI does not fight alleged racism, it only increases the suspicion the person is not qualified for the job or was given the job over more qualified people.
Imagine a white woman being interviewed and saying she only wants a white therapist. She’d be canceled immediately This world is screwed up.
All those who passed the exam, are about to see their profession flooded with unqualified people pushing salaries WAY DOWN.
I was a licensed i ndependent social worker for many, many years. Now retired. This is the truth, in graduate school a professor actually told me that I could NOT be a social worker and republican at the same time. I showed him!!!!
Expecting less from someone because of their race isn't equality. It's racism itself.
