Sad that this happened, however I doubt the 2nd trial will have a different verdict. We shall see.

He can be guilty AND the court clerk could have acted improperly and both can be true. It is the price we pay as a society to offer a fair trial to citizens AND now we will pay for a second trial too . Hopefully justice will be served

How sad for the State that one errant court official could cost them millions in redoing this trial. She ought to be in jail; her stupidity and unethical behavior is wasting tax money that could be put to better use. Of course he'll be found guilty again because he is guilty.
