I cannot express enough how much I love Speedy's logic. - Shoot missiles with arrows - No arrows? - BECOME ARROWS Oliver would be so proud

ok so fun fact, "Aqualad, bold and daring marine marvel" and "Speedy, whose fantastic arrows perform awesome feats" were actually the descriptors given to these characters in the theme song of the short lived 60's teen titans animated show, so its a cool titans history easter egg, and also another tv reference for the tv guy to make

Gotta love Control Freak’s plan is basically the same as putting them in individual Danger Rooms

Fun fact: Hotspot is one of the main inspirations for Heatblast.

It’s funny that the Brain’s plan relies on getting a Titans communicator without the rest of the titans noticing, and they only had two chances because the only people the titans had given them to at that point were Titans East, Wildebeest, and Hot Spot.

Nikhil IS going to watch the movie, right? Because that movie was the TRUE finale to the show. It took the show's anime inspiration and kicked it up to 11 and thank god for it, because the character design for the movie-original villains was just SUPERB.

I think Control Freak could have rebranded as like a Hero Consultant/Coach. They approach him, he analyzes his "clients" and sets up unique challenges for them. It's what he's doing already minus the mass murder threats, plus he'd actually be getting praised for it
