MA v. Brian Walshe Trial Day 2 - Shocking Google Searches. Can you be charged without a body?
Digital Forensics Unveil Incriminating Google Searches in Brian Walsh Trial Day Two
Access crucial details regarding the digital evidence presented against Brian Walsh, specifically focusing on the incriminating Google searches performed just before and after his wife’s disappearance.
Short Summary
- Investigators confirmed recovery of numerous devices, including three MacBooks, two iPhones, and three iPads, seized from the residence.
- Forensic analysis traced numerous searches regarding body disposal, murder, and cleaning blood from hard surfaces to the MacBook, later syncing to the iPad mini.
- Defense cross-examination attempted to minimize search relevance by highlighting prior searches related to divorce and pre-January 1st activities.
This session focused heavily on the meticulous, if tedious, presentation of digital forensic evidence by Trooper Nicholas Guarino. Prosecutors established a timeline of searches concerning body disposal and evidence destruction conducted primarily on January 1st and 2nd, 2023. The defense strongly contested the timing and origin, aiming to frame the searches as reactions to a spontaneous death rather than evidence of premeditation.

Why didn’t he search, “What to do if your wife dies unexpectedly?”
The problem with this case for the MSP is that they are showing they can do things the right way which highlights exactly HOW BAD the KR trial was 😕
The defence of "yes I lied to the cops *a lot* but you have to believe me this time" never gets old
Can the FBI tell when you accessed your phone... Yes, unless and only unless you're Jen McAbe!! Heheh, had to chuckle a bit!
Thanks Nick for proving Jen's search was indeed at 2:27am. 😂 Hope someone on Karen's team is watching.
😂😂 How to dispose of a cell phone? Ask Brian Higgins. You make me laugh, Emily 😂
This is why Higgins and Albert rehomed their phones….
I can't stop laughing at Brian's Google searches! "My wife is missing; what do I do?" "Murder! Murder! Murder!" 🤣
Notably absent from any google searches is "What to do if someone dies randomly?" "What do to if my wife dies/is unresponsive?"
I thought trooper G was corrupt as f... But now I am open to a possibility that he is just dumb as rock.
