I can't believe he didn't include pomegranates. They contain ellagitannins as well as ellagic acid, punicalin, catechin, chlorogenic acid, gallic acid, epicatechin, caffeic acid, ferulic acid, and delphinidin. It was a staple in my family during covid too. It helps your body produce Urolithin A.
I like how he shows that a high fat diet in his perception consists of a hamburger with a bun a hotdog with a bun, some breaded, chicken wings, and it looks like a pastry. That’s not the kind half fat diet that I’m familiar with. I’m eating beef butter, bacon and eggs. Getting plenty of good fats. Have lost weight and feeling fantastic. 36 hour Fast once a week. 72 hour Fast once a month.
I feel great on a Ketovore diet.
I’m sorry to say i found this talk had massive flaws! The high fat photo is the SAD highly processed food diet ! A healthy hi fat diet is healthy fats in nuts healthy fats in avocados coconut and healthy fat from animals- cream - butter - eggs So I would encourage you to look at Ben Bikman a professor of fat and metabolic studies

Sounds like polyunsaturated fats featured heavily in the papers you're citing making the dietary advice off-kilter to me. Does Genistine persist in fermented soy?
The soy issue I heard of was that it's a goitrogen, inhibiting thyroid hormone production, and uptake of iodine into the thyroid.
