Senesent describes the cell reproduction limit, which is thought to be 50 x in a lifetime. At the end of the cell life, it no longer reproduces and stays with you in a constantly degrading state. If so, the key to longevity is to maintain your cells. Mitochondria can be increased through autophage and resistance training. The trick is to minimise introduced toxins and to provide the cell with the nutrients it requires. If this is true, then the introduction of mRNA will affect longevity. A test that its manufacturers have not performed. If all this is correct, then mRNA WILL excasserbate pre condition and aging. If we can establish this as fact, it could be the reason for excess deaths.

You want cells to renew. The key to youth is the reduction of inflamation. To achieve this, you need to avoid activities that cause inflamation. Turmeric is a great spice to add to your daily diet (Organic) to maintain a constant low inflammatory state. Needs to be taken with black pepper to improve bio availability.
