What a wonderful tribute to an amazing career Anderson! I looked up what the Mtn Gorilla count is at now 19yrs later in the Congo. There are approximately 350 mountain gorillas living in the DRC. Residing entirely within the 7,800-square-kilometer Virunga National Park. Across the entire region, the global wild population sits at just over 1,000... 🥺 Plumpy'Nut nutrition continues to be sent to starving children in Africa, with UNICEF being the largest global supplier.
