100% agree with Gor needing to kill another God or two on screen. I think the scene in the beginning with the Guardians getting the distress signal from Sif, we should have cut to the scene to see Gor killing the big giant monster God. Then as he's done and leaves, that's when Thor arrives and finds Sif. And i think that would have been the perfect scene to really show what Gor can do with just him and the sword.
I agree with the lack of Gorr actually being a god butcherer scenes hurting this film. Overall, I enjoyed it but one thing that no one really seems to mention is that this is the first Thor movie without Loki. I think his mischief and overall personality is something I missed in this movie. I also think him in the fight with Gorr would have been super cool!

I feel like there is a really great film somewhere in the editing room. They got too caught up in the goofiness of the movie where they should have focused more on the darkness. All the Gorr stuff felt like an entirely different movie.
I would've like to have seen Gorr go through a wolverine-like origin, killing the gods over a period of time, earning the name God butcher through fear, such that even the gods are afraid of the shadows, almost like a dark knight...
Gorr could've had some more screen time especially when you have someone like Christian Bale playing him
Great stream guys! I honestly think that Gor found himself in the wrong movie. We have one of the darkest villains in the MCU competing against a silly romantic comedy. The tones clash and take almost all stakes out of the film.
If there was 10 minutes of Gorr fighting Sif and the big dead guy from the comics i think many folks would be happy
I went 😮when Thor threw the lightning bolt right through Zeus's chest in retaliation for killing Korg. I also loved seeing Thor imbue all the kids with the power of Thor.
