If you want to protect your arteries from the inside out, stop treating the symptoms and start changing your environment. ✅ Step 1: Protect the Artery Lining (Boost Nitric Oxide) • Exercise Daily: The physical force of blood flow is the strongest natural trigger for nitric oxide production. • Eat Nitrate-Rich Foods: Beets, arugula, and dark leafy greens help your body naturally produce protective gases for your blood vessels. • Get Daily Sunlight: UVB rays help convert nutrients stored in your skin directly into nitric oxide. • Consider Amino Acids: L-citrulline and L-arginine are the natural building blocks your body uses to keep arteries flexible. ✅ Step 2: Stop the Damage (Lower Fasting Insulin) • Intermittent Fasting: One of the most documented ways to rapidly lower fasting insulin and reduce inflammation in the blood vessels. • Eliminate Seed Oils & Refined Carbs: These are the primary drivers of insulin resistance and the main culprits that cause your cholesterol to oxidize and rust. ✅ Step 3: Key Artery Supplements • Vitamin K2 (MK-7 form): Acts like a traffic cop, sweeping calcium out of your arteries and directing it into your bones where it belongs. • Magnesium: An absolute requirement for healthy blood vessel function. A deficiency is directly linked to stiff, calcified arteries. ✅ Step 4: The Tests Your Doctor SHOULD Be Ordering Stop relying only on Total Cholesterol. Ask your doctor for these advanced markers: • hs-CRP: Measures the actual inflammation in your blood vessels. • Fasting Insulin: The best early-warning sign of metabolic damage. • ApoB: A more accurate predictor of cardiovascular risk than a standard LDL test. • TG-to-HDL Ratio: Divide your Triglycerides by your HDL. This is a simple, highly accurate marker of insulin resistance and dangerous "Small Dense LDL." Raw garlic has cured my high blood pressure. I put one clove of crushed garlic in Greek yoghurt with a teaspoon of raw honey. It's the perfect combination.

I was told my LDL was high. I said good, then it is working properly. The doc was surprised. I said that LDL is essentially the repair version of cholesterol. I was a smoker at the time and he wanted to lower my LDL. I said no. It is high because it is trying to repair me. If it is lowered then I will have MORE damage, not less. Long story short. I stopped smoking and surprise. My LDL plummeted LOL. Anyhow, if your LDL is high then just stop doing what you are doing to make it high. Smoking, drinking, junk foods, etc. Great video Eric. Thank you. 🙂

Yes, sulfate. Garlic and onions put the sulfate back in the veins and arteries reestablishing the correct intercellular charge that centers and lubricates the blood flow. As the blood changes charge from negative to positive, sulfate also accelerates the blood back to the heart. I find a lack of sulfate, vitamin K2, D3, E (tocotrienol), albumin, or cholesterol damages our arteries and veins.

Most people don't realize that excess carbohydrates, not dietary fat, are what drive small dense LDL production. This needs to be taught in schools

Dr. Berg changed my life 6 years ago when his video taught me to use raw garlic daily to prevent and fight cancer. Garlic is a true super food. Take 4 to 5 cloves, crush onto a spoon, let sit for 10 minutes, alycin (spelling?) forms, ingest into empty stomach.

I’m 69 and ignored my cholesterol numbers for years because I felt fine. After changing my diet and becoming more active, my blood work improved significantly. Has anyone here had a follow-up scan or test showing real improvements in artery health? I’d love to hear your experience.
