I think that a sweet samosa would be a great recepticle for sweet adzuki bean paste, for some Indian-Middle-East-Japanese fusion.

A tip some people may not know about separating eggs. If you know you're mainly going to be using yolks, to reduce waste buy small eggs. Small eggs have basically the same sized yolk as large eggs just with less whites!

A tip for filling pastry bags: stand your pastry bag up in a tall drinking glass, fold the pastry bag down over the rim of the glass, then fill the bag. This allows you to have both hands available while filling the bag.
