As a woman in her mid '60's who has experienced DV, I am offended by being called a misogynist for not believing AH !!! 🤬 I also got chills of recognition of my perpetrator when watching AH on the stand - she could gaslight at an Olympic level !! I can’t believe that this is the hill her team is willing to die on. I became a JD supporter after this trial because no one with eyes/common sense watched this and thought that she was credible in any way, shape, or form.

She didnt hand in her phone nor computer right? I love how she was able to pick and chose what texts she wanted in evidence when JD had to hand in his phone for all of his texts to be seen. I am sure she had many colorful messages that she said about JD to her friends, but JD is criticized for his messages to his friends

As a psychologist, having worked with victims of abuse, I’ve had clients report abuse without apparent injury, I’ve had clients who presented with injuries that I noted & about which I inquired. I’ve testified about observed injuries & reports of abuse. I’ve been endlessly frustrated by AH’s team’s assertion that her statements to therapists should be admissible as the truth of the matter asserted without having the therapists themselves testify. Even if the therapists had testified, they would simply be reporting AH’s statements. If any of the therapists or physicians had noted injuries, it would have been a different matter entirely. I did, in fact, ask my attorney husband the same question & received the same answer, but feel even better having received it from bad ass legal commentator EDB.❤
