Woman Arrested After Girls’ Bodies Found in Buried Suitcases

Newly released bodycam footage shows the moment Cleveland police approached a suitcase partially buried in a park after a man walking his dog reported finding what appeared to be a child’s body inside. Officers soon discovered a second suitcase about 25 feet away containing another young girl; investigators say the victims were half-sisters believed to be between roughly 8 and 14 years old. Police later arrested 28-year-old Aliyah Henderson in connection with the case, though authorities say many questions remain about the girls’ identities, how they died, and their relationship to the suspect.
