Tupac’s family hired Alex Spiro, Alec Baldwin’s attorney in the Rust case, to investigate if Diddy has any connection with the murder. Kefee D, who is charged with the murder of Tupac, wrote a book called "Compton Street Legend" and said that Diddy ordered the hit on Tupac. He also says that the only two people who are alive from that night are himself and Suge Knight. Will they speak up? Diddy also has a new judge, Arun Subramanian, assigned to the case which means that his attorneys can have 2 more opportunities to make their case to get Diddy out of custody. He also has new attorneys assigned to the case, Anthony Ricco and Alexandra Shapiro. Alexandra is an appellate attorney and is signed on the appeal of the denial of bail. Interestingly she is also the appellate lawyer for Sam Bankman Fried and filed his appeal for a new trial. Shapiro was also a clerk for Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg. High-profile Houston attorney Tony Buzbee did a press conference stating that he will be bringing individual civil cases against Sean Diddy Combs. So far, he has accepted 120 clients and plans to file them within 30 days. He said that some of the victims were as recent as 2024 and one victim claims that they were as young as 9 years old when they were assaulted by Diddy. Buzbee plans to also name those who facilitated and helped cover up the abuses. I want to hear how the police reports got buried all those years. How can anyone turn their backs on child abuse? Three words are haunting me; NINE YEARS OLD😢

What I find increasingly scary is the amount of enablers (music industry, employees, family, friends, celebrities) it took to keep Sean Combs seemingly invulnerable (until the Cassie video) from prosecution. Criminal indictment, prosecution and "final destination" of those enablers, not to mention the civil suits, could take multiple decades. The basis for for the U.S. judicial system, presumption of innocence is a philosophy that I find harder and harder to maintain in recent years. I appreciate those like EDB who continue to remind all of us that the presumption of innocence is the right of ANY defendant.

It seems like the feds have been super smart with how they charged Diddy. I'm impressed.

There's something SO satisfying about Emily pulling out a copy of "Compton Street Legends." She's the realest.

I'm so pleased that Cassie being so brave and taking a stand against him has helped make this happen.
