The fact that they waited for first responders and parents to arrive before double tapping kind of puts the lie to this entire framing.
There was NO oversight ! They just made the decision to bomb the entire area .
The Palantir CEO would tell you those girls would ruin the fabric of society if it meant he'd make another buck and he thought he could get away with it.
According to Scott Ritter there used to be a human check on targets but this was removed by Hegseth.
These are all war crimes, whether AI was involved or not, whether it's incompetence or intentional it's still a crime against humanity and should carry direct consequences for those responsible.
