After undergoing five surgeries for massive kidney stones, I can personally attest that everything he shared here is PURE GOLD. I say that because, coincidentally, after extensive personal research, I ended up implementing almost everything he said. Thank God, I'm deeply grateful to say I've been kidney stone–free for over 15 years. May God grant me the grace to remain this way for the rest of my life because the pain is indeed excruciating.
I'm in pain and watching this video 😢 can't afford hospital for so many reasons. Pray for me
I went to the emergency room, drove myself, I just ran in and they were looking at me like, what is her problem? Worst experience and the hospital staff was awful.
Just started watching, but I want to warn others that getting to the ER doesn’t necessarily mean you will receive care. I had a my first and only kidney stone 2 and a half years ago. I got to the ER around 11pm. They wouldn’t let my husband come in because of C*vid restrictions. I writhed in unimaginable pain for the next 7 hours without any pain relief. I was vomiting from the pain. The worst pain of my life. Worse than childbirth without epidurals. The reason I didn’t receive any pain medication is because they didn’t have room to admit me. So I suffered in the waiting room all night. A couple of hours after I got there they did a CAT scan that showed the stone, but I was sent back to the waiting room. Finally around 5am I got a gurney within the ER, but still no pain meds. I mercifully passed the stone around 6am because I saw blood in the toilet after urinating, and the pain began to lessen. I was discharged around 7am after a night of extreme agony and no care. I am sure they charged my insurance a hefty price for the lack of care. So avoiding another kidney stone is a TOP priority for me.
Drink lemon water daily. Citric acid dissolves kidney stones/ oxalates. Also Apple cider vinegar
May you never loose your enthusiasm for hunting down the truth, the world would be a more hopeless place. Thank you Dr Berg
20 years ago, my wife got a vitamix blender from Costco. She feed me kale/spinach smoothies everyday until I got a kidney stone that sent me to the hospital. Since that day I avoid kale and spinach.
When we were over the road truckers my husband woke up to use the container we kept in the truck and asked what time it was. He went back to bed as I drove on. I heard him shifting around in the bunk and then heard him moaning some. He then opened the curtain telling me something was wrong. I started asking him questions as there was no place to stop at that moment. I was a nurse in a prior life and quickly suspected what the problem was. I found a place to stop, called our company to let them know what was up and called 911. They gave him a dose of morphine after figuring out what was going on. He said it made him feel groggy but when the pain hit he still hurt. The 2nd dose knocked him out. He said it was the worst thing he had ever felt. We spent a few days in a motel until he passed the very jagged and tiny stone. Thanks for the info to help him prevent this.
I absolutely got a large calcium oxalate stone from eating massive amounts of spinach, almonds and chocolate.
