IMO this was someone who didn’t want to do “Last Meals” but still wanted to be on something. And gosh dang the Cadillac story.
13:16 "My Lawyer is a world class sommelier." Is the RICHEST sentence i have ever heard-
I met Robert when I used to live in Toronto. He was just walking down Bay street and I said hello. He must have stopped and just talked with me for a good 20 minutes. Genuinely great guy, super humble and never forgot his roots. Awesome guy.
That Cadillac story is the sweetest story I've ever heard
Leaning into Josh's skills as an interviewer is the best idea.
The emotion of that Cadillac story. Priceless.
The fact that Josh can make a billionaire comfortable enough to be vulnerable, and come off as down to earth really says a lot. I think people genuinely want to be on one of his programs for that reason alone.
Like everyone else, that Cadillac story was one for the ages - it could be the ending of a Hollywood movie.
18:30 Godamnit, now billionaires out here making us cry. Incredible story
As the daughter of immigrants, so many of Roberts stoties are exactly like mine. But that CADILLAC story.....the tears just flowed. My dad too . CADILLAC to people around the world ment luxury and the success of the Amerucan Dream and the potential for a better life in that Miracle Land of America for those that were fortunate or courageous enough to go to AMERICA!!! As a little girl my dad always admired CADILLACs. Old ones ,newer ones, even when the SuV"s first came out he always said "Thats a CADILLAC!" with such admiration. Everytime I see a Caddie my fathers words just echo in my head. Loved this episoed Thanks for the memories Robert !!🙏💖🙏💖
